"Chunming” brand colored asphalt shingle is a new type decorated and waterproof material manufactured using fiberglass felt as base material which is dipped into modified asphalt, then both surfaces are coated with modified asphalt; lastly, we spread or cover colored mineral grains (pieces) to form its upper surface and isolation material such as fine sands to form its bottom surface.

Characteristics

1. All-weather resistance: The color glass fiber tile adopt all-weather modified waterproof asphalt, High-strength fiberglass should be taken as basic tyre, it can resist the erosion which is caused by many kinds of climate factors, such as illumination, hot and cold, rain and frozen.

2. Thermal insulation resistance: The coefficient of heat conductivity of color glass fiber tile is low, blocking the conduction of heat from outside to inside in summer and the loss of heat from inside to outside in winter, thus ensures the comfortable life of top floor.

3. Light texture: Light weight, the material consumptions of roof Pavement: 10kg/m2, the usage of traditional tile: 45kg/m2.

4. Color diversity: the color of surface sand is variable; it is vitrified by natural ore fines and metallic oxide at high temperature.

5. Sound absorbing and insulation performance: The color glass fiber tile can absorbs the raindrops crash and other environmental noises, thus ensures the quiet life of top floor.

Asphalt shingle is a kind of flexible roof tile, which is cut at random, can be covered on the roof of different form and layer. The asphalt shingle is installed in villa, multistoried buildings, wood building and so on.

 

Packing, Storage and Transportation

1. Length X Width (1000mm X 333mm), Thickness: not less than 2.6mm.

2. During Storage and transportation, it should be kept flat. Height: no more than 15 bundles, it should be stored under dry and ventilated conditions and kept away from sunshine and rainwater.

3. Under usual condition, storage period is one year since production date.
